Return window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to start a return. After that, we can’t accept returns.
Condition of returned items
To get a full refund or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In their original packaging with all tags still attached
- Returned because of a quality issue (like a defect) – or simply because you changed your mind, as long as the product is in new condition

We offer free returns – we’ll send you a prepaid label, and we don’t charge any restocking fee.

Refund timing
Once we receive your return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. After that, it usually takes 7–10 business days for the money to show up on your card or PayPal account – that part is up to your bank, not us.
Exchanges
If you want a different size or color, just tell us when you submit your return. We’ll ship the new item once we receive the original back.
Damaged or defective items
If something arrives broken or with a flaw, email us at info@zsuppllyclopthhinng.it.com with photos and your order number. We’ll prioritize your return and cover everything.
